Communication protocols, matching bandwidth of medium with significance of message. Things that require emotions and complex ideas best expressed in person are in person or skype.
Process emails only once or twice a day.
Work in 60 to 90minutes increments separated by 10mins of walking or moving creatively.
Everyone gets responsibility of something they take.
First mark is self awareness.
Creativity, innovation, and collaboration occur best when you operate above the line of consciousness.
Content: what, context: how.
Unconscious: reactive, driven by ego, autopilot, can’t see.
Consciousness has states, not stages.
Unconscious people think their happiness and success are determined by external factors. Victim consciousness.
To me, by me, through me, as me.
Turn beliefs into behaviors.
Commitment 1: taking radical, full responsibility.
Blame comes from toxic fear.
