Worldview based on the main fundamental theories of the universes.

Prediction is no substitute for explanation. Instrumentalists are all about prediction. But explanation is useful to know the why of things.

A new theory may make some explanations superfluous and thus require less time / knowledge to understand the same that was explained before with other theories.

Understanding: explanations. Knowing: facts.

We can understand more than we’re immediately aware that we understand, through theories that explain the fabric of reality.

His theory: We’re not heading away from a time where everything that is understood can be understood by one person, but towards it.

Not understanding everything, but understanding everything that is currently understood.

Depends more on the structure of our knowledge than in its content.

Life thought and computation are important emergent phenomena.

Theory of Computation

Multiverses with shadow particles. Invisible but there.

Multiverse: whole of physical reality. Contains many parallel universes.

Quantum theory: all measurable quantities are quantized.

Interference: effect of particle in one universe on its counterpart in another universe.
